The payment gateway process generally involves several steps: 1. Customer places an order: The process begins when a customer selects products or services on an e-commerce website or mobile application and proceeds to checkout. The customer enters the required delivery details and selects an available online payment method. 2. Selection of payment method: The customer is redirected to or presented with the payment gateway interface. The customer selects a suitable method such as credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking or digital wallet and provides the necessary payment details. 3. Encryption of payment information: The payment gateway securely encrypts sensitive information before transmitting
