क) रोगी को दूसरों से संक्रमण से बचाना क्यों जरूरी होता है? अपने शब्दों में वर्णन कीजिए।

ख) संक्रमण के फैलाव की सामान्य विधियों की चर्चा कीजिए और संक्रमण के कारण, उभरने वाले सामान्य संकेतों एवं लक्षणों की सूची बनाइए।

2) अपने अनुभव के दौरान आपने पाचन तंत्र से संबंधित समस्याओं से ग्रस्त रोगी की पहचान की होगी।

क) अपने रोगियों मे पाचन तंत्र को प्रभावित करने वाली विविध दशाओं का वर्णन कीजिए।

ख) अपने रोगी की समस्या के कारणों, संकेतों एवं फिलहाल नज़र आने वाले लक्षणें की तुलना, अपने खंड में प्रदत्त जानकारी से कीजिए।

ग) आपने रोगी को क्या देखभाल प्रदान की? स्पष्ट कीजिए।

3) क) ऐसी दशाओं की पहचान कीजिए जिसके लिए आपके रोगी को चर्म (skin) देखभाल की आवश्यकता है। प्रभावित रोगियों का संक्षिप्त ब्यौरा दीजिए। आपने रोगी को जो देखभाल प्रदान की, उसकी तुलना खंड में उल्लिखित चर्म देखभाल से कीजिए।

ख) दाब (pressure) बिंदुओं एवं दाब से बने घाव (pressure sores) को परिभाषित कीजिए। इसके कारणों, संकेतों एवं लक्षणों की सूची बनाइए। गृह देखभाल प्रबंधक के रुप में ऐसे उपायों को स्पष्ट कीजिए जिनसे आप रोगी को दाब से बने घावों (pressure sores) से बचा सकेगें।

क) स्वास्थ्य एवं बीमारी के संबंध में व्यायाम के महत्त्व को स्पष्ट कीजिए।

ख) व्यायाम के प्रकारों की सूची बनाइए। व्यायाम के दौरान रोगी की सहायता हेतु ध्यान में रखने योग्य बिंदुओं की चर्चा कीजिए। ऐसे व्यायामों का रेखाचित्र बनाइए एवं इनका नाम भी लिखिए, जिसके लिए आपने अपने रोगी की सहायता की थी।
