Document Requirements

Before proceeding with the online application form, applicants must ensure they have the following scanned documents (with specified size limits):

  1. Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
  2. Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
  3. Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
  4. Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
  5. Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)

Payment Options

To complete the application process, applicants need to pay the required fee. IGNOU offers the following methods for fee payment:

  1. Credit Card (Master/Visa)
  2. Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
  3. Net Banking

Registration Fee, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

During the admission process, a non-refundable Registration Fee will be charged, along with the first semester/year's programme fee. In case a student applies for the cancellation of admission and a refund of fee, the refund request will be handled as per the University's policy:

  1. Before confirmation of admission: A full programme fee paid shall be refunded.
  2. Within 15 days of confirmation of admission: Programme Fee paid shall be refunded after deduction of Rs. 500/-.
  3. Within 16-90 days of confirmation of admission: Programme Fee paid shall be refunded after deduction of Rs. 1000/-.
  4. After 90 days of confirmation of admission: No refund shall be allowed.
