Guidelines and Instructions for Submission of Online Examination Form for June 2023 TEE

The June 2023 Term-End Examinations of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) are fast approaching. To appear for the exams, students need to submit their examination forms online before the last date. Important Dates and Fees

The online link for submission of the examination form for June 2023 TEE is now open. The last date to apply online without a late fee is 05-Apr-2023 18:00 PM. The schedule and necessary instructions/guidelines are also available on the website.

The examinations are likely to commence from 01st June, 2023 and conclude on 06th July, 2023 (30 working days). The fees for the exams depend on the date of admission and the type of course. For students admitted before January 2023, the prescribed fee for theory courses and practical/lab courses is Rs. 200/- per course. For students admitted from January 2023 onwards, the examination fees are as follows:

(i) Examination Fee: Rs. 200/- per theory course (ii) Practical Fees: Upto 4 Credit: Rs. 300/- per course Above 4 Credit: Rs. 500/- per course (iii) Project Fees: Upto 4 Credit: Rs. 300/- per course Above 4 Credit: Rs. 500/- per course

Late fees apply if you miss the deadline. The late fee remains the same for all dates: Rs. 500/- for the period from 06th April, 2023 to 25th April, 2023 and Rs. 1100/- from 26th April, 2023 onwards.

Prerequisites for Submission of Exam Form

Before you submit your exam form online, ensure that you fulfill the following prerequisites:

1. Registration for the courses is valid and not time-barred.
2. You have submitted the required number of assignments in the courses by the due date wherever applicable, as per the provision of your programme.
3. You have completed the minimum time to pursue these courses as per the provision of the programme.

Instructions and Guidelines for Filling Online Exam Form

To ensure a smooth submission of the examination form, please follow the instructions and guidelines provided below:

1. Answer to the question paper will be accepted in the language(s) in which the programme is offered. Answer scripts attempted in any other language will not be evaluated and will be canceled without any information. However, students have the option to attempt the examination of the course in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same in English medium (except for language programmes).

2. December 2022 Term-End Examination results are being uploaded on IGNOU's website in a phased manner. If the result of any course(s) is not declared on or before the last date of submission of the online exam form for June 2023, students are advised to fill the exam form without waiting for the complete result to avoid future consequences.

3. In no circumstances, the student will be allowed to write the examination for two courses in a session, even if both the courses are reflected in the Hall Ticket for the same session & time.

4. The University will try to accommodate the students in the examination center opted by them. In case the sitting at the center has exhausted, students may choose the nearest/alternate exam center under the jurisdiction of the same Regional Center. However, the University has the right to shift the students from one exam center to another exam center.

5. The 

   examination dates for the courses are fixed and cannot be changed. In case of a clash of exam dates or sessions, the following cases will not be considered:

   a. The courses are from the same group (Group-1 to Group-6) in the old BDP and CBCS. The exam of courses in a particular group is conducted on the same date and time.

   b. The courses are backlog courses (registered in different semester/year).

   c. The courses are from different programmes.

   d. In MP Programmes, courses from different specializations.
