How to Apply: Applying for admission is a simple and straightforward process. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Visit the Official Website: To begin, visit the official admission portal for your preferred mode of learning:

   • For ODL/Distance Programmes: https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/
   • For Online Programmes: https://ignouiop.samarth.edu.in/

2. Read Program Details: If you are a first-time applicant, click on the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System. Select your desired program and carefully review the details, including eligibility criteria, fee structure, duration, and more.

3. Download Common Prospectus: We highly recommend downloading the Common Prospectus and reading through the rules and regulations of the University, as mentioned in the prospectus.

4. New Registration: Click on "NEW REGISTRATION" in the applicant login area and fill in the required registration details. Ensure you provide a valid email address and mobile number.

5. Choose Username and Password: When choosing your username, make sure it is between 8 to 16 characters. Your password must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.

6. Submit Application: After filling in the mandatory information, click the "SUBMIT" button. Your username will be sent to you via email and SMS. Remember your username and password for subsequent logins.

7. Gather Required Documents: Before proceeding with the form, ensure you have scanned copies of the following documents (each less than 200 KB unless specified otherwise):

   • Photograph
   • Signature
   • Relevant Educational Qualification

Important Note - Admission Fee and Refund Policy:

• A non-refundable registration fee will be charged along with the first semester/year's program fee at the time of admission.
• If you apply for cancellation of application/admission and refund of fee, the refund request will be considered as per the University policy outlined below:
  • Before confirmation of admission: Full program fee paid shall be refunded.
  • Within 15 days of confirmation of admission: Program fee paid shall be refunded after deduction of Rs. 500/-
  • Within 16-90 days of confirmation of admission: Program fee paid shall be refunded after deduction of Rs. 1000/-
  • After 90 days of confirmation of admission: No refund shall be allowed.
